excellent condition with normal wear, as is expected of a necklace of this age
Hallmark is "Spratling de Mexico" with the Eagle 13. This hallmark was used from 1949-1951. (Hougart , Billie The Little Book of Mexican Silver Trade and Hallmarks [TBR Internaional, Third Edition, 2013], S-70, page 174).

This necklace is very rare. It is an iconic design by William Spratling. With the addition of azurite/malachite in the arrows running vertically down the middle of the pendant, the deco-influenced design is beautiful.
