The Philadelphia Antiques Show is coming soon and it promises to be one of the best shows of the year! In addition to expanding to include 20th century art, the show now has a professional Director, Catherine Sweeney Singer, who is also the Director of the Winter Antiques Show in New York.
In order to avoid a conflict with the dates of Passover and Easter, the show is a bit later than usual. The Preview is Friday, April 25th, from 5 to 9 pm and the show continues daily through Tuesday, April 29th. We continue to acquire very fresh and exciting objects. Featured in our booth this year will be a rare and early Zuni deer jar, a fabulous Chilkat blanket, pottery from the Dwight and Lorri Lanmon Collection and a nice offering of Californian, Southwestern and Northwest Coast baskets fresh to the market. We will also be offering a wide choice of vintage Native American and Taxco jewelry.
