This beautiful pillow is made up of two Navajo Germantown samplers that are stitched together by handspun wool. It appears that these samplers have been together in pillow form for a very long time. If the purchaser desires, the two samplers can be separated easily, although the pillow is very appealing. The samplers have early, desirable wools woven into traditional Navajo designs.

The banding on the top and bottom of each sampler make it clear that these samplers were intended to be complete works.
