Rondina Huma (1947+) is a highly recognized potter from Hopi. She works in the traditional manner, using natural clay and slip with designs painted with a natural yucca brush. Rondina’s designs are inspired by designs found on ancestral pottery shards. These designs are quite intricate and the total effect is wondrous.
The signature is “Rondina Huma/Tewa Village/Polacca, Arizona”.
